Dr. Megan Brandow

PT, DPT, ATC, CSCS
Doctor of Physical Therapy & Pelvic Health Specialist

From the beginning of my career, I’ve been passionate about helping people move, feel, and live better. As a physical therapist with advanced training in pelvic health, I specialize in treating the full spectrum of pelvic health conditions—working with women, men, and children through every stage of life.

My passion for pelvic health was sparked by my own personal journey. Experiencing pelvic health challenges first hand gave me a deep appreciation for how profoundly these issues can impact daily life—and how life-changing the right care can be. That experience continues to shape my approach and fuels my commitment to providing expert, compassionate support to every patient I meet.

I began my career with a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from West Virginia University, and later earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from South College in Tennessee. I have pursued extensive advanced training in pelvic floor evaluation and treatment for all genders, across the lifespan. This includes specialized education in caring for prenatal and postpartum individuals, men dealing with challenges like prostatitis or post-prostatectomy incontinence, children with bowel and bladder concerns, and athletes with pelvic health needs (along with so much more!)

Whether I’m helping a new parent return to activity, supporting a man through recovery from bowel or bladder dysfunction, or working with a child experiencing bedwetting or constipation, my approach is always personalized, evidence-based, and rooted in compassion. I believe every person deserves to feel comfortable in their body and confident in their care.

Pelvic health is essential to overall health—and it’s my privilege to walk alongside patients on their journey toward healing and wellness.

“I have had the best experience at Southern Pelvic Health! Dr. Megan met me with genuine care, reassurance, sensitivity, and helpful expertise, leading me to see and feel progress after just 2 visits! Would highly recommend to anyone curious about pelvic floor therapy- it’s such a safe space to begin!”
