Andrew Reale

Founder and Director of Physician Relations

Like many of you, I had never heard of pelvic floor physical therapy before about 11 years ago, when I met Jessica. As time passed, I heard countless stories from Jessica of people suffering with problems like bladder accidents, constipation, and pelvic pain, and finding help and relief when they felt like all was hopeless. As Jessica grew into an expert in pelvic health, becoming an instructor and a leader in the specialty, I was growing my own career over 12 years working in fundraising, business development and community relations.

My priority is to make pelvic floor physical therapy accessible to all, and to bring awareness to our communities and all people.

Jessica and I fused our knowledge and passions to open Southern Pelvic Health in the fall of 2019, after our second daughter was born. We realized that through harnessing both of our strengths, we could build something amazing, and truly make a difference in the lives of people in the Atlanta area and beyond. We wanted to build a place where quality care and compassion was the standard.

As SPH grows, I am constantly inspired by the people we serve, and the way we are able to partner with people in getting back to their lives. My priority is to make pelvic floor physical therapy accessible to all, and to bring awareness to our communities and all people.
